Every single staff member and resident has been friendly and accommodating to me.

Today as I sat on my balcony enjoying a cuppa and the morning sun on my back I had a visitor. It was Carla one of your carers with a delightful fruit basket. Thank you so very much. I had fresh pineapple with ricotta cheese for morning tea.

Ben came late yesterday to see what was involved in the maintenance jobs I had requested. To my absolute surprise he decided to do a few jobs on the spot as he had his drill out.

What a special person he is.”
